Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the item received does not match the photos and/or title listed at the time of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

A return may be considered only if:

  • The item received materially differs from the listing photos or title description.
  • The discrepancy is reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written authorization. To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [your contact email] within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item received, and a description of the discrepancy.
  3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
