Cast using Harmony Kingdom's signature crushed marble resin blend, the exterior sculpture portrays three terriers standing nose to tail in a circular cluster. Rich with signature satirical detail, each dog tag includes custom inscriptions: an anagram reading "Albert.crepe.vest" for artist Peter Calvesbert, the initials "J.K.P.W." for Jack Kofi Perry Wiggins, the number "43" commemorating the 43rd U.S. President, and an "I (heart) H" tag for "I love Harmony." The interior compartment opens to display hidden details, depicting either a Scottie browsing a catalog of bones and dog beds or an enlarged Scottie head motif depending on the version sequence.
